Turn the floorhead upright again, then press the two release buttons located on either side of the air outlet.This should pop up a cover at the front of the floorhead, which provides easy access to the main brush..
Pull the silver tab to remove the main brush roll.. Once you’ve removed the brushes, you can either clean them (see the section below) or replace them with new ones..Some Shark vacuums don’t allow you to remove the main brush roll.
